I was able to call and get an appointment on the same day. That makes dealing with Rick Ball worth the drive. This service was my second oil change for my 2025 Silverado and both times the staff has been friendly and accommodating. The waiting room was comfortable and service time was quick.

This was my 3rd visit for a laundry list of things that I have been dealing with since I bought the car from this dealership. This trip all but 1 issue was corrected, bumper is still messed up on other side then being fixed and was damaged during repair. Also, had to contact GM customer care to get the dealership to provide a loaner while they had it.

Was told one price with an extra service, asked to take that service off. When it came time to pay, the price was almost exactly the same as with the service. When I asked why I was told they forgot to put one of my requested services on there. Shady.

It seems like every time I go, there's a bigger and bigger problem with my car. I get it, situation isn't good, but every time I go they're like 'this fix is 1500 or 2800 or 3300'.... And the telling the customer all their car info in front of a room full of people you know are listening.... Are you aiming for the person to be embarrassed and paying that just to save face in a room of people they may not even know? Icky.

Since having my trailblazer for the last fours years. This was was the worst experience I have had. Normally, Lucas is the person that helps with my servicing. I this time had to use Mega, she has about as much compassion as a Billy goat. She made me feel as if she could care less about me or my car almost to point I felt racial tone. I dealt with my check engine light on for two weeks. She never call me to let me know what was going. The only contact was when I called to see when the repairs are going to be made. Once it was done on a Thursday, the check engine light came back on Saturday. When back to Rick Ball on Monday with her again. Had to had a valve put costing 237.00. I don’t know why that was handled the first time. She was better this time. But definitely someone I don’t want to deal with

5-5-25 Oil Change. 5-26-25 Engine Light on {gas mi down to 24 mpg}.5-27-25 Catalytic Converter ordered. 6-3-25 Catalytic converter replaced, 4 hours. 6-4 Engine light on. 6-9 Oxygen Sensor replaced.6-13 Engine light on. 6-17 Loaner Vehicle. 6-20 Oxygen sensor replaced. Gas mileage still down to 24mpg Nothing has been done to cure that and probably won't. Normal mpg had been 29-30 mpg. More should have been done to restore mpg. Sounds like still a problem exists.660-654-4439

The mechanics diagnosed a problem with my brakes on an oil change visit. I appreciate the head-up on this and took care of the issue straight away. My truck has over 250,000 miles on it, so spark plugs, ignition wires, serpentine and air conditioner belts were serviced. They got me back on the road in less than a day, I appreciate that. Nice job Rick Ball staff!
